About Us

The Wild Chance Ranch is a horse boarding and retirement ranch that provides an alternative to having your horse in a stable. At the Wild Chance Ranch, during the summer months
(April – October), your horse will enjoy large, well-managed pastures that have been chemically free for over 25 years. Through the winter months
(November – March) your horse will be fed Alfalfa/Grass hay and provided with adequate shelter for the colder weather.

The Wild Chance Ranch is located in Central Montana about 30 miles north of Lewistown. The ranch encompasses approximately 4000 acres of varied terrain, including rolling hills, plains and timbered pastures. The ranch has been in the family for four generations, since my great grandfather set up the original homestead in 1911. At the Wild Chance Ranch we are dedicated to working with you and your horse to provide the best situation for you both.
